Welcome to Reiki LightPractices™
"Light" evokes Reiki itself - universal life force, spiritual illumination, revealing your radiance.
"Practice" grounds your experience - this is about showing up, using your training, integrating the energy, transforming your life day by day, layer upon layer of release and expansion.
Together, “LightPractice™” supports a daily return to the light, with a practice that can feel light, not heavy or overwhelming.
